Commission Fees
Listing commercial and industrial property with Cape Space is free of charge and commission is only paid
by the landlord (or their representative), on the let or sale of a premises.

5% first two years
2.5% next three years
1.5% next three years
1% the balance

For Sale - Buyer Procurement
Commission on Sale
5% first R2m
3.5% the balance

Broker-Partners
Cape Space already has a number of independent 3rd party Broker-Partners who have listed their unique
stock with Cape Space. Cape Space simply email refers enquiries on such stock to the Broker-Partner on
the basis of a 20% of Gross Commission referral fee.
