Tygervalley is positioned just off the N1 and only 20 minutes’ from Cape Town CBD and there is a growing demand for Office Space in Tygervalley due to the growth of the area. The Bellville Velodrome in one such development that has catapulted the location into the commercial limelight. The Techtonic Velodrome was built for Cape Town’s Olympic bid in 1997, unfortunately, the cities bid wasn’t successful. However, these key infrastructure upgrades helped the area to host other key events and concerts. One such event was the World Cycling Federation Championships in 1999.
