This highly efficient building uses an energy saving model called TABS (Thernally Activated Building Structure), to heat and cool the building, through the mass of the building structure itself. Comfortable conditions are maintained throughout the building through the heating and cooling of water inside the pipework of the structure, reducing the excessive use of air conditioning and heaters. There is also a back up generator and borehole for business continuity. The premises has 24/7 CCTV and armed response as well as highly secure manned access control.
